Summer Card Swaps

Here are a few swaps for you all to view:

These were made for the Home theme swap that I hosted. I created the house file from an idea I saw on pinterest. The patterned paper is from Colorbok and the word stamp “family” is from Close To My Heart. I also used the cool colored staples from Close to My Heart.  And some grid cards that I made myself.

They turned out very fun and useful.  Then all the other swaps came in my mail and this is my sorting and swapping scene going on at my kitchen table. Smileswaps 004

These are all the cards that we swapped for this swap.  They are all so fabulous I am excited to get them in my album! Smileswaps 007

This is a card I made as a thank you gift to all my swappers! We are swappy good friends! Smile I used the big “F” stamp and the word friends from that same CTMH stamp set. Plus a flower stamp from CTMH and a strip of washi on the bottom! I LOVE washi tape! One of my friends sent me this roll and it is tooooo cute!

Here the swaps are all ready to be mailed off to the swappers! swaps 017

Now back to work on more swaps: These are for the Back to School swap for July hosted by my friend Billie! I made some notebook paper on my printer from cardstock added the words and a pencil from the dingbats to it, then punched it up with the Bind it All and tore out the punches.  Then I colored the pencil in and taped them down to a piece of yellow cardstock. swaps 018

This is one of the fun gifts I got in my swaps from Amy! She is a Close to My Heart consultant and used all products from them to make this card. For specifics go to her blog here. swaps 019

Here are some cards I made for the Quote Bubble Swap.  I used a great cutting file for my Cameo from Lori Whitlock.  You can find it here.  I mounted the bubble onto a piece of colorbok patterned paper. swaps 020swaps 022

I also worked on my 4×4 Insta Swap as well. I printed some grid cards, then mounted it to a piece of BRIGHT pink paper. { You can barely see it right?} Then I added a strip of washi tape that I grabbed back when I went to Hobby Lobby, then cut a quick banner from robins egg blue cardstock and stapled it on. swaps 029swaps 030swaps 031swaps 032swaps 033

These were lots of fun to make and I hope you all enjoyed them and are inspired to join some swaps with us over here on facebook, or at least create some handmade cards for your own project life pages.

Hugs until next time,

Claudette
